Currently, I ship within the U.S., but international shipping may open in the future. If you’re outside the U.S. and are interested, feel free to reach out — I’m working on expanding access soon!

✦ how long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way!

✦ what’s your return/refund policy?

Due to the handmade nature of most items, returns are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right!

✦ do you accept custom orders?

At this time, Patch & Peel does not offer custom designs. However, I love hearing your ideas and may use community feedback to inspire future themes or releases! Feel free to send a message or leave a note.

✦ are your stickers water-proof?

Our stickers are printed on high-quality matte vinyl sticker paper, fabricated with journaling, scrapbooking, and paper crafts in mind. They are not 100% water-proof and are best used on dry surfaces like notebooks, planners, or scrapbooks.

✦ why do you use vinyl-matte sticker paper?

Great question! I tested several types of sticker paper before choosing vinyl matte — and it consistently came out on top. It sticks beautifully to journal pages and scrapbooks, holds vibrant color when printed, and has just the right amount of flexibility to move with the paper instead of bubbling or peeling. It's smooth, soft, and perfect for layering — just how I like it.
